'Speech Three' is a three-pillar approach of practice for growth to work through stammering, to develop and progress in eloquence and harness key elements through your body to break through the restrictions that may have influenced you.

The Pillars

Physical

We cover the breathing technique and its reasoning, including the functional and structural anatomy.

You will learn exercises to develop the strength and power of the breathing muscles and, most importantly, to build lung capacity.

Mind
​
Key points here are:
​
Focused breathing techniques, a focused visualisation of the muscles used and of muscles that need to be relaxed
​
You will learn situational awareness in communication and simplify what you are processing.
​
In the coaching and seminars, we will cover this through role play and practice this awareness.
​

Inner peace 'Shakti'
​
We stammerers have a mountain of memories and emotions stored in ourselves. But unfortunately, these memories and emotions are like dead weight, and they creep up when in conversations and contribute to our stammer.
​
Have you ever found yourself in complete fluency, no stammer? In this situation, have you also observed the level of inner peace at that moment? This inner peace gives you strength 'Shakti'.
​
You will learn how to clean these memories and emotions and help you attain inner peace and develop Shakti.
The Process
The speech three comprises

Twelve sessions of one-to-one coaching

Encouragement of developing a community amongst members, staying in touch with each other for support and engaging in open communication

Presentation and meeting

A yearly group meeting and individual presentation

Very similar to the toastmaster, inviting friends and family as an audience member
